White Box Specification

All apartments at Astrid will be delivered in a White Box specification, with the essential construction and engineering work completed before handover. This allows you to begin the interior finishing immediately after receiving the keys, without having to spend time on basic preparatory work.

Electrical wiring will be installed according to the project, making it easy to plan lighting, electrical outlets, appliance locations, and furniture layout during the renovation stage without the need to demolish or alter walls later. Interior partition walls are constructed from red brick, the floors are finished with laser-levelled screed, and the walls are coated with gypsum plaster, ready for final decorative finishes. The kitchen and bathrooms also include partial underfloor heating pipework.

Each apartment will feature panoramic energy-efficient Rehau windows with a five-chamber profile, a dual-circuit gas boiler for heating and domestic hot water, a heat recovery ventilation system, and premium steel entrance doors. Together, these features provide a comfortable indoor climate, excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, and lasting everyday comfort.
