INVESTORS’ MEETING — AUGUST 2026

On August 22, we held a meeting with investors at the construction site of Utlandia 3 Residential Complex. During the meeting, we shared not only the latest update on the construction of Utlandia 3, but also news about the development of Astrid Residential Complex.

As of today, the monolithic works on the underground section of the parking facility at Astrid have been completed. The foundation in the first section has already been poured, and we are currently working on the foundation slab.

At the same time, excavation works are underway for the second section. Once they are completed, monolithic works and foundation construction will begin there.

We continue to move forward with the construction of Astrid Residential Complex and will keep sharing the latest updates from the construction site.
