Construction Update – July 2026

July was another productive month at the Astrid construction site. We completed the waterproofing of the standalone parking structure, carried out backfilling, and installed the tower crane. After successfully passing all required inspections and tests, the crane is now fully operational, supporting the next stages of construction.

Work on the first building section is also progressing steadily. We completed the excavation, prepared the crushed stone base, finished the concrete blinding layer, and have now moved on to reinforcing the foundation slab. This is one of the key construction milestones, providing a solid foundation for the future building.

Construction at Astrid is progressing according to schedule, and our team continues to work every day to bring future residents one step closer to their new homes.
