Construction Update – August 2026

August marked an important period of construction progress for Astrid. Work continued simultaneously across both sections of the future residential complex: Section 1 is already moving to a new stage of construction, while preparatory work for the next phase has been completed in Section 2.

In Section 1, the foundation slab has been fully poured, and the vertical structures of the parking facility have been completed. The construction team is now working on the vertical structures of the first floor. Waterproofing works in the parking area are also underway in parallel.

In Section 2, excavation works were fully completed during August, and the crushed stone base was installed. The next important stage will be testing the base, after which construction will continue according to schedule.

The Astrid construction site is gradually taking shape, with every completed stage becoming the foundation for the next. However, the best way to see the scale of the progress achieved is in the video.
